The BookExchange is not responsible for the actual exchange of the book. The BookExchange is not responsible for condition of the book. The BookExchange is not responsible for determining if an edition of a book is still in use. It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine if the book is the correct edition/volume/version that they need based on the title, edition number, author, or other means they find possible. If false information is provided about any book added to the BookExchange, then the seller will be responsible to deal with buyer, for any kind of dispute taking place. The site can not be held responsible for these kind of frauds. In the case that the book in the transaction does not meet the specifications provided by the seller, he will be resposible to avoid any kind of disputes and the transaction fees will be forfeited to BookExchange.

You are responsible to provide correct and accurate contact information. Failure to provide correct contact information will not only incapacitate your ability to make contact with potential clients but it will make your account suspended for a time to be determined. You will be able to edit your contact information should it change. It is necessary that you provide contact information that you can be accessed at. Your e-mail address will be used to communicate potential transactions.

You are responsible to provide correct and accurate information on all the books that are added to your account. If you sell a book on the BookExchange you do not need to remove it. Once the book is sold, your book status will bocome not available to the buyers and incase if any buyer shows intrest in your book you will be notified via Book-Exchange to meet the requirement. . Any book that is added to the BookExchange must be in usable condition.

You are responsible for completing any transaction of a book that you request to buy. It is duty of Seller/Buyer to contact each other and complete the transaction as both parties are been provided the contact information, the Book-Exchange is not responsible for any such cases. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the book’s description is what they are searching for and that the price listed is what they are willing to pay.

By registering an account with the BookExchange, you are confirming your contact information provided is correct and agreeing to the above terms of service.

This User Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to the Service and the Sites shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of INDIA ("Country").
